We operate out of Puducherry, on India's south-eastern coast, within a day of the country's most important spice, rice and pulse belts and a short haul from the ports of Chennai and Tuticorin. That geography is the whole business model: we buy where the crop grows, process close to source, and load before quality has time to drift.
Our buyers are importers, spice processors, dal mills, retail chains and HORECA distributors who care less about a low price than about a predictable one — the same grade, the same moisture, the same paperwork, shipment after shipment.
